Michael joined the firm in 2016 as an analyst with primary responsibility for research design and data analytics. In 2020, he was promoted to a partnership. Today, he takes the lead in all research design and analytics, and plays a primary role in reporting and client contact.
Michael has been deeply involved in the firm's work in healthcare, retail and commercial banking, higher education, and Quick Service Restaurants.
Prior to joining Traverse Bay, Michael interned for the Wayne County Economic Development Corporation - under the direct guidance of its Director and Business Development Managers. Michael’s roles with the WCEDC were to both compile and consolidate business information, and to provide insight and research assistance regarding workforce and economic development initiatives.
Along with his experience in policy analysis and economic forecasting, Michael also brings important new perspective to Traverse Bay’s growing work in Behavioral Economics.
